Payment methods

we can accept payment through two methods:

• Credit card via Paypal (only confirmed addresses please!)
• Local bank transfer (POSB/DBS) - for Singapore shoppers only.

Only payments made in Singapore dollars will be accepted.

Note that many of the items you see are made upon order i.e. we'll only make them after confirming payment. Hence, do give us 1 week to ship your order to you.

Paypal

If you have made payment via paypal, we will only ship your order after one week to ensure that the transaction has been processed successfully. An email confirmation will be sent to you after you have successfully completed the order. Your delivery address should be the same as your billing address.

Local bank transfer

Instructions on making payment through bank transfer will be emailed to you, in a confirmation email, as soon as you have completed the checkout process.

As soon as we have confirmed payment, your order will be shipped out. Note that if you have transferred money from banks other than POSB or DBS, the time taken for the banks to process the transfer can take 1-2 weeks. In this period of time, we will reserve your item for you, but unable to ship it to you.

Voiding orders

We will reserve your item for you once we have received your order. If payment is not made within 3 days of order, we will automatically cancel your order.

However, please realise that it is extremely detrimental to our business to receive such "dead" orders. Hence, do make your order only if you are certain. Thank you.
