Return policy

Your satisfaction with our products is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with our products in any way, do contact us immediately at mailkillerheels@gmail.com. We will do our best to address your concerns.

For items that are faulty, we will replace the item for you if you email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will send back any items sent to us without prior notification.

The faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please understand that we try our best to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and different computer resolutions, the product that you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your computer.

Note that this policy does NOT apply to purchase of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
