Mode of delivery

All orders are shipped via Singpost registered mail, which does not provide tracking nor insurance. We are only able confirm that your package has been securely shipped out. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has been sent to the post office.

Once the package has been transferred to the postal carrier, the item becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We will not be responsible for postal transit times which varies with destination. Please allow up to 3 weeks of delivery time (for international) before enquiring about the status of your package.

All Registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

Missing / damaged items

We take reasonable effort to pack our items securely in a shipping box and bubble wrap envelope. We do not take the responsibility for any packages lost or damaged during mail transit. Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before you place an order with us.

As no refunds can be made for lost packages, please make the extra effort to check your delivery address at checkout. If the package is sent back to us, we will ship the item to you as soon as you have confirmed your correct address. As such, extra shipping fees are required.

The recipient may be charged extra duties, taxes or custom fees at the time of delivery (not checkout). All taxes, duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cost of shipping

We calculate the shipping fee according to the weight of the item.

For local orders, please select "Singapore, SGD " and press "Recalculate" to calculate the cost of shipping. For international orders, please select "International" and press "Recalculate" to calculate the cost of shipping.

Estimated delivery time

The delivery time varies with destination. For local orders, expect 3-5 days of mail transit from the date of shipping. For international orders, expect up to 3 weeks of mail transit from the date of shipping.

We go to the post office twice a week. As our entire crew comprise of 2 girls who have full time jobs as well, please allow up to one week for us to handmake your item, as well as package and ship your order.

Shipping to a different address

If mode of payment is by Paypal, we only ship to confirmed addresses which is your billing address. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and AFPN addresses.
